Customer ServiceLocation: Hemel Hempstead
You will be working for a well-known and respected company as part of the dedicated customer services team. You will be given 4 weeks classroom training to develop your knowledge of the company’s standards and services. 1-1 time with your team leader will also be provided in order to discuss any queries you may have. You will be entitled to 22 days holiday per annum in your first year with this increasing to 25 days in your second year, on top of this you will have the opportunity to earn more holiday through regular company incentives.
As part of the customer services team, you will be required to proudly and consistently provide an individual, tailor-made guest experience. Your main role within the company will be to deal with guest reservations effectively and efficiently, this will include bookings, amendments and to discuss any general queries.
Your working hours will be on a shift based rota which runs Monday to Sunday 9.00am-9:00pm. You will be given your shifts 4 weeks in advance and will only work for 1 day over the weekend with 1 in 3 weeks off. The basic salary for this role is £15,316 per annum, plus bonus based on individual customer services performance.
You will have previous experience in customer services and will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Supporting in all communication channels such as live chat, telephone and social media
• Providing informative advice and guidance to guests.
• Understanding guest requirements.
• Attending daily, weekly or monthly briefings
• Promoting sales and upselling
• Meeting and exceeding guest service targets and KPI’s
You will have exceptional time keeping skills and have the ability to work within a large team of people. You will be able to demonstrate that you are success driven in the customer services industry and are enthusiastic to develop your knowledge further.
