Working office hours Monday to Friday, you will be provided with 1-1 sales training, ongoing coaching and career development and rewarded with uncapped commission with a realistic average of £50k.

You will be offered a different approach to a training program, with both classroom and floor training throughout your first few months. You will receive both business and job training, starting with Lead Generation and moving on to the 360 sales. Ongoing coaching and 1-1’s, an open-door policy at all times with encouragement from your peers and Manager.

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective businesses, capturing key information on customers renewals, prices and requirements. You will need to be able to use exceptional rapport building skills as you build relationships with prospective decision makers ensuring that you are first on their mind at all times.

You will be joining a hardworking successful sales team, a team who is looking for a dedicated individual who wants to be a part of their team growth.

You will need to demonstrate working with KPI’s/targets. This opportunity works to high outbound calls, targets of data information captured and financial revenue targets are all included. You will have an understanding that not every call is a sale, however being able to build a solid pipeline over the coming 6/12 months is just as important.

You will receive a basic salary between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, realistic OTE £50k, working Monday to Friday office hours with free parking.
