As Team Leader, your responsibility will be towards the delivery and performance of your team working as the manager throughout differing shift patterns. You will be the manager of motivation and morale through the delivery of constant coaching, training and development. You will be completing regular 1-1’s, monitor and analysing score results and KPI’s. You will often be problem-solving as an independent decision maker all while ensuring that your passion is evident to all.
You will be an experienced Team Leader with an understanding of being a manager of sales through service. You will be a motivated individual who thrives on coaching, developing and creating an outstanding team both on results and passion within a contact centre environment. You will have a desire to grow your own career and be focused on your own development also.
Offering a basic salary of £25,000 per annum, plus bonus, you will be a manager working full-time rotational shifts between 9:00am - 8pm Monday to Sunday (One day of weekend with a day off in the week). You will be a committed Team Leader able to work overtime during peak seasons and for this, you will be rewarded with time off in lieu which can be taken during the Christmas period!
