Working for a company that is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering queries and offering support to customers. You will be working in new modern offices in Corby, with a salary between £17,000-£19,000 per annum.

The key to success in this role is your delivery of customer service skills, demonstrating empathy, passion and understanding the customer's needs. You will be joining a passionate customer service team, who all share the same company values and endeavour to share these with every customer. This is an opportunity to be a part of a successful company who are set to grow further in 2019.
Working hours between 9:00am-7:00pm Monday to Thursday, 09:00am-5:30pm Friday and alternative 10:00am-4:00pm Saturdays, you will work just one till 7pm shift a week.

You will have previous experience in customer service, be able to communicate with a variety of people and have a desire to work in customer service, with a driven work ethic and looking for a successful long-term career.
