You will be joining their dedicated and hard-working sales team who are driven by each other and have a desire to succeed. Working on inbound and outbound sales you will be able to close deals with customers, complete applications and generate revenue, whilst also managing existing customer accounts during their early stages as a customer.

You will be confident in outbound sales calling and confident in building new business opportunities from inbound sales. You will deliver high-quality calls and written communications with existing and potential customers. You will work to individual KPIs and rewarded for every sale completed.

You will be able to evidence your success in sales previously, be confident and enthusiastic about your work and customers. You will be a resilient individual that is open to change and a quick learner while being an outstanding team contributor.

Being part of a well-established and respected company who have recently moved to a modern state of the art office in Aylesbury. You will start on a basic salary of £18,000per annum, commission earnings will bring your take home to £30,000per annum, with the opportunity of earning much more. Your hours will be Monday to Friday shifts between 9am-8pm with one in two Saturdays 9am-5pm hours based in Aylesbury.

You will receive in-depth training to deliver effective selling within your role, Whilst also getting the opportunity to contribute to your own personal development plan to ensure your skill set is in line with the company’s expectations.
