Using your previous customer services experience, you will make every call professional and supportive, understanding that every customer has different needs that are your duty to provide. You will be empathetic in nature with the ability to speak to people from different walks of life focusing on customer services throughout. You will need to be resilient enough to deal with complaints and deal with customers who can be frustrated or angry, upset or vulnerable.

You will be working on an inbound telephony system where it will be important to answer calls in a timely manner and keep accurate notes throughout. Your team will be passionate and you will need to share that passion and be able to work as a team player. You will be:
Able to learn quickly
• Able to work alongside a team
• Able to empathise with customers
• Possessing a keen eye for detail.

Working hours included shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm Monday to Thursday, 09:00am-5:30pm Friday and alternative 10:00am-4:00pm Saturdays, you will work average one to two till 7pm shifts a week.
