Joining a well-established IT company at an exciting time in its growth you will be joining a friendly and vibrant atmosphere focused on 1st/2nd Line Support. The 1st/2nd line support position offers a basic salary of up to £20,000.
Using your IT support knowledge experience, you will be a Service Desk Lead for clients supporting with 1st/2nd line support IT requests. Working as part of a friendly hard-working team you will help drive the excellent service to ensure minimum downtime and disruption for the onsite client.
Working from the Altrincham based client offices your primary focus will be on supporting various day to day incidents, logging and escalating calls to 3rd line teams as well as gaining good communication channels internally.
Working hours for the 1st/2nd line support role are between 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
