This application will offer you a quick turnaround in terms of interview to offer and start, if that’s what you want. Working within central Kettering with easy access to public transport or parking, you will be in a full time, permanent position with your salary will be between £16,000 and £17,000 working the hours of Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm focused on Customer Services.

If you are early in your career or are looking to utilise your transferable skills, this Customer Services job could be for you. You may come from a retail, hospitality, office, call centre or many other backgrounds where you will need to have evidence of delivering customer services, striving to be the best and always doing that bit extra for your customer. As you bring these skills, you will learn to develop and harness yourself to deliver the best possible service within a new industry and environment.

You will be joining a Customer Services team within an open-plan office environment where you will be supportive and be supported by colleagues around you creating a strong sense of team as you learn and develop.

Your main responsibilities in this customer service opportunity will include:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and colleagues
• Using IT systems to input customer information
• Support your colleagues during busy periods in a team environment
• Deliver exceptional service to all customers throughout the journey
