You will be responsible for negotiating and closing sales through effective follow up of quotations, lead generating and repeat business. You must be able to build long-lasting relationships with various decision makers, show a passion for your clients and be driven by success and able to manage multiple projects at one time.

Offering a basic salary between £18,000-£23,000per annum plus uncapped OTE and weekly incentives that could see you earn an extra £200 a month. You will need to be a driven individual with exceptional organisation skills as you’ll be required to handle the full sales process from enquiry, payment and follow up.

Working Monday to Friday office hours, 26 days holiday, plus bank, based in Kettering with great public transport links and office parking.

You'll be generating sales through projects given to you by your senior management supported by excellent data and repeat business opportunities as well as self-generated leads, you will account manage your own patch and be given full support to develop and hit targets.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;
• Proactive management of sales database
• Daily telephone contact with prospective clients
• Rapport Building with clients, prospects and colleagues
• Successfully close sales
• New and existing calling businesses on our database, building strong client relationships, resulting in customer satisfaction and retention
